About the Role
As an Account Executive (High-Ticket Closer), you’ll be responsible for converting qualified leads into long-term clients. You’ll work directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, and agencies interested in Ai2Market’s automation, marketing, and AI solutions. This role demands confidence, clarity, and high emotional intelligence to guide prospects through a consultative closing process.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct consultative Zoom or phone calls with pre-qualified leads
- Present Ai2Market’s offers, pricing, and long-term value propositions
- Handle objections confidently and close deals with integrity
- Collaborate with SDRs and Outreach Managers to ensure consistent follow-up
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience selling SaaS, marketing, or automation services
- Confidence conducting high-value sales calls
- Strong listening, communication, and emotional intelligence
- Comfort with CRM systems like GoHighLevel for managing pipelines
Earnings & Commission Plan
Account Executives earn through a commission-based model with transparent KPIs and performance bonuses.
You’ll start with a 2-month onboarding period to master our offer suite, CRM workflows, and closing processes.
Post-training, your compensation includes tiered commissions per deal closed, additional bonuses for exceeding revenue goals, and long-term advancement opportunities within Ai2Market’s sales organization.
