Account Executive (High‑Ticket Closer)
At AI2Market, you’ll close high-value deals for AI-driven services and coaching programs — turning prospects into long-term clients and revenue.
About the Opportunity
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from discovery to contract — for high-ticket ($10k+ ACV) AI and bio-optimization solutions. You’ll consult with C-suite and decision-makers, tailor proposals to their goals, and close deals that drive long-term revenue. You’ll also collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure clients experience success.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points and ROI goals
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and proposals tailored to executive audiences
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals (>$10k ACV)
- Collaborate with product, delivery and marketing teams to ensure client success
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue and report on deal progress
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Proven experience closing high-ticket deals (B2B or SaaS preferred)
- Strong consultative selling skills — you ask questions, not just pitch
- Comfort with complex, high-stakes conversations and executive-level stakeholders
Compensation & Training
You’ll begin with a 2-month training-to-hire period where you’ll learn our sales frameworks, product offerings and compliance standards. During this phase, you’ll earn performance-based bonuses tied to closed deals, revenue generated and client retention. After successful completion, you’ll transition into a paid Account Executive role with uncapped commissions and performance incentives.
