About the Role
As a Brand Director at AI2Market, you’ll own the growth and strategy of an individual brand within our expanding ecosystem. You’ll manage cross-functional teams — content, design, video, outreach, and sales — to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. Your leadership ensures that every creative and operational move contributes to sustainable, measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel brand performance — acquisition through retention
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (creative, outreach, and sales)
- Collaborate with leadership on P&L growth, campaign direction, and metrics
- Translate data insights into actionable creative and operational strategies
- Report directly to senior leadership with performance and vision updates
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience leading growth-focused brand or business operations
- Strong command of marketing funnels, content strategy, and CRM systems
- Ability to motivate and align creative and sales teams toward one vision
- Analytical mindset with the confidence to make bold brand decisions
Leadership & Compensation
The Brand Director role begins with a 2-month coaching and strategy integration period, where you’ll learn our full operating system, manage test projects, and align with executive leadership.
Compensation is commission-based during the ramp-up phase, transitioning to a paid leadership role upon achieving key growth milestones.
Long-term opportunities include profit-sharing and equity options for directors who demonstrate consistent performance and leadership excellence.
