SDR / Lead Generation Specialist

About the Opportunity
You’ll qualify inbound and outbound leads using AI-powered scripts and CRM tools, then hand them off to Account Executives. You’ll learn how to identify high-intent prospects, craft personalized messaging, and optimize your outreach for maximum conversion — all while earning performance bonuses tied to qualified leads and closed deals.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone using AI-assisted scripts and CRM workflows
- Book discovery calls and demos with prospects who match our ideal customer profile
- Track and report on lead quality, response rates and conversion funnels
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging with campaign goals
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience qualifying leads or cold outreach (student projects or freelance accepted)
- Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and AI-powered outreach platforms
- Strong communication skills and a bias for action — you ship, iterate, and learn fast
Compensation & Training
You’ll begin with a 2-month training-to-hire period where you’ll master our AI-driven outreach workflows, CRM systems and qualification frameworks. During this phase, you’ll earn performance-based bonuses tied to qualified leads generated and deals closed. After successful completion, you’ll transition into a paid SDR role with ongoing performance incentives.
