SDR / Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role
As an SDR / Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through multi-channel outreach. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with prospects and moving them toward booked meetings or demos. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
What You’ll Do
- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads across industries
- Perform outreach via LinkedIn, email, and SMS using GHL automation
- Manage CRM updates and ensure accurate lead tagging
- Collaborate with AEs to ensure a smooth handoff for qualified prospects
- Hit weekly KPIs for activity, booked calls, and lead quality
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience with outbound prospecting or appointment setting
- Comfort using GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A consistent, positive, and goal-oriented work ethic
Training & Commission Structure
You’ll begin with a 2-month structured onboarding period designed to train you on our CRM, outreach systems, and lead conversion processes.
During this period, you’ll have access to mentorship, live training sessions, and automation tools.
After onboarding, you’ll move into a paid position with commission-based earnings tied directly to qualified meetings, conversions, and lead performance metrics.
