Outreach Director
At AI2Market, you’ll lead the entire outreach function — from strategy to execution — to fuel our sales pipeline with high-quality, qualified leads.
About the Opportunity
You’ll architect and lead our outreach strategy across email, LinkedIn, SMS and social channels. You’ll manage a team of SDRs and automation specialists, optimize sequences for conversion, and ensure every message aligns with our brand and revenue goals. You’ll also collaborate with marketing, sales and product to ensure outreach supports the full customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to generate qualified leads
- Manage and mentor SDRs and automation specialists
- Optimize sequences using A/B testing and AI-driven personalization
- Track and report on pipeline growth, cost per lead and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and funnel objectives
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Proven experience leading outreach teams or scaling outreach funnels
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and automation tools
- Track record of improving lead quality, conversion and pipeline velocity
Compensation & Training
You’ll begin with a 2-month unpaid training period where you’ll learn our outreach frameworks, AI tools and compliance standards. During this phase, you’ll earn performance-based bonuses tied to pipeline growth, lead quality and team efficiency. After successful completion, you’ll transition to a paid Outreach Director role with ongoing performance incentives.
