About the Role
The Outreach Director leads all outbound and partnership strategies across Ai2Market and our portfolio brands. You’ll manage SDRs, refine scripts and funnels, track KPIs in GoHighLevel, and build scalable outreach systems that convert conversations into opportunities. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a growth-focused communicator who loves leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (LinkedIn, Email, SMS, Voice)
- Manage SDR and lead generation teams across multiple sub-brands
- Build outreach automations using GoHighLevel, n8n, and LinkedIn workflows
- Refine ICP definitions, scripts, and offer sequencing
- Track performance metrics and improve campaign conversion rates
- Collaborate with Brand Directors to align outreach goals with revenue targets
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience leading outreach or sales teams (B2B SaaS or agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of funnels, copywriting, and CRM workflows
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Apollo.io, or Sales Navigator
- Ability to coach SDRs, analyze data, and optimize outbound systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to scale operations globally
Training & Performance Path
The role begins with a 2-month onboarding and performance calibration phase, where you’ll master our outreach systems, automations, and data dashboards.
During this phase, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to refine strategy and KPIs.
After completing the ramp period, the position transitions into a paid leadership role with commission and performance bonuses tied to outreach volume, lead quality, and booked calls.
Top performers qualify for equity and brand portfolio leadership opportunities within 12 months.
