Graphic Designer Mid–Senior

Role
Lead concept-through-delivery on brand systems, launch creative, performance ads, and social visuals across wellness and AI brands. Teach interns and build scalable design libraries that make the whole team faster.
Responsibilities
- Concept and ship multi-variant creative packs for testing
- Build component libraries and enforce visual consistency
- Collaborate with Video/Content to keep story and design aligned
- Train interns and codify best practices
- Partner with Brand Director and Analytics on performance learnings
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of design experience for growth/brand
- Portfolio showing system thinking + performance creative
- Fluency in Adobe/Figma; comfort with AI-assisted workflows
Training Period & Bonuses

During this period, you’ll gain hands-on experience and mentorship.
