About the Opportunity
We are seeking a results-focused designer who understands how visuals influence performance. You’ll take charge of creating and improving design systems, producing conversion-focused assets, and integrating AI-enhanced workflows to scale output without compromising quality.
What You’ll Do
- Own brand visual direction and creative quality
- Design ads, website assets, and multi-platform campaign visuals
- Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and increase output
- Maintain and improve scalable design systems and file organization
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- A strong commercial design portfolio with measurable outcomes
- Experience designing for growth-focused brands and businesses
- Confidence with AI-driven design and modern creative tools
Compensation & Training
This position begins with a 2-month training-to-hire period where you’ll adapt to our brand systems, workflows, and AI design tools. During training, you can earn performance-based bonuses tied to campaign results and client success. After successful completion, high performers may advance into a paid Mid–Senior Designer role based on performance.
