At AI2Market, you’ll lead the brand strategy across multiple products and brands — ensuring each one drives revenue while staying aligned with our overarching mission.
About the Opportunity
You’ll oversee brand strategy for our portfolio of brands (e.g., AI2Market, m2market.us, m2mercado.us) — ensuring each brand delivers revenue while maintaining a unified, high-impact identity. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage brand assets, and scale new offerings with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute portfolio-level brand architecture and positioning
- Align brand messaging, visuals and tone across multiple products and markets (English & Spanish)
- Manage brand managers and coordinate cross-brand campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency, quality and scalability across all touchpoints
- Track brand performance metrics and optimize for revenue growth
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Proven experience leading brand strategy for 2+ products or brands
- Strong understanding of brand architecture, positioning and scalability
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and brand assets
- Comfort with bilingual or multicultural brand execution (English/Spanish)
Compensation & Training
You’ll begin with a 2-month training-to-hire period where you’ll learn our brand frameworks, portfolio management tools and cross-brand coordination systems. During this phase, you’ll earn performance-based bonuses tied to portfolio revenue growth, brand coherence scores and successful new brand launches. After successful completion, you’ll transition to a paid Portfolio Brand Director role with ongoing performance incentives.
