About the Role
As the Portfolio Brand Director, you’ll oversee multiple brands within AI2Market’s ecosystem, ensuring unified growth strategies, optimized performance, and cross-brand collaboration. You’ll lead Brand Directors, streamline reporting systems, and manage key metrics that impact revenue, engagement, and team alignment across all brands. This leadership position combines creative strategy, operational excellence, and executive-level influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and performance for 8+ brands in the portfolio
- Mentor and guide Brand Directors to execute scalable campaigns
- Standardize dashboards, analytics, and creative systems across brands
- Chair Council meetings and align brand roadmaps with company goals
- Report directly to executive leadership on growth, KPIs, and brand synergy
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Proven experience managing multiple brands or high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
- Understanding of GoHighLevel, AI workflows, and digital ecosystems
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive cross-functional collaboration
Leadership & Growth Structure
The Portfolio Brand Director role begins with a 2-month leadership integration and performance calibration period, designed to align your management systems with our company framework.
This is a commission-based onboarding phase, moving into a full paid executive role upon achieving agreed performance KPIs and growth milestones.
High-performing directors become eligible for equity and revenue participation within their portfolio, reflecting long-term leadership impact.
