About the Role
As a Brand Advisor (Fractional) at AI2Market, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping the direction of multiple brands within our portfolio. You’ll provide expert guidance on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, working closely with Brand Directors to align creative bets with business goals and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do
- Advise Brand Directors on growth strategy, pricing, and positioning
- Evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to monthly Council reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Coach teams on balancing creative innovation with compliance
- Provide insights that influence multi-brand expansion and risk mitigation
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Proven experience advising or leading multiple brands or startups
- Strong background in marketing, brand strategy, or business development
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership presence in remote settings
Compensation & Fellowship Start
This role begins with a 2-month fractional fellowship, where you’ll immerse in our systems, leadership framework, and cross-brand dynamics.
During this period, you’ll collaborate on active brand strategy while building a track record of measurable impact.
Upon successful completion, compensation transitions to a commission-based and equity-track model for long-term advisors, offering growth and financial upside aligned with brand performance.
