Content Operations Manager
At AI2Market, you’ll orchestrate the content engine that fuels our growth — managing workflows, teams and tools to ensure every piece of content is delivered on time, on brand and on budget.
About the Opportunity
You’ll design and manage end-to-end content production workflows — from briefing and creation to approval and publishing. You’ll implement systems, tools and processes to optimize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and ensure quality. You’ll also mentor junior content creators and coordinate with design, video and marketing teams to align output with revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain project workflows for content creation, review and publishing
- Implement and optimize AI tools and project management software to reduce turnaround time
- Manage and mentor junior writers, designers and editors
- Track content quality, resource utilization and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align content with funnel objectives
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience managing content teams or production workflows
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and AI content tools
- Strong organizational skills and a bias for process optimization
Compensation & Training
You’ll begin with a 2-month unpaid training period where you’ll learn our content operations frameworks, AI tools and cross-functional workflows. During this phase, you’ll earn performance-based bonuses tied to content delivery efficiency, quality scores and team productivity. After successful completion, you’ll transition to a paid Content Operations Manager role with ongoing performance incentives.
