About the Role
The Content Operations Manager oversees the full lifecycle of content creation — from ideation and scripting to publishing and performance tracking. You’ll ensure timely delivery of content assets across multiple brands, align teams on messaging, and maintain high-quality standards that drive growth and engagement. This role bridges creative direction and operational precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily content operations across 5–10 brands
- Manage team workflows for writers, editors, and designers
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and team performance
- Collaborate with analytics to optimize content for engagement
- Report weekly to the Brand Director on content metrics and system improvements
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience managing content teams or editorial pipelines
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, AI tools, and automation workflows
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to balance creativity with structured process management
Training & Growth Path
The role starts with a 2-month structured training period focused on mastering our content systems, brand calendars, and performance dashboards.
During this phase, you’ll collaborate closely with Brand Directors to build scalable workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, Notion, and AI-assisted scheduling.
After successful completion, the position transitions into a paid management role with opportunities to lead a multi-brand content department and qualify for performance-based bonuses tied to engagement growth.
