About the Opportunity
Join a high-trust creative team shaping wellness, performance, and AI brands. You’ll design ads, landing assets, and social visuals using AI-accelerated workflows. We hire for craft, speed, and kindness—and we’ll train you deeply on our stack.
What You’ll Do
- Turn briefs into on-brand graphics for ads and carousels
- Use AI tools for variations, resizing, and iteration
- Collaborate with Brand Directors, Content, and Video teams
- Package files with clean naming and documentation
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- A creative portfolio (student or self-initiated accepted)
- Bias for shipping, iterating, and learning fast
- Curiosity for AI and modern design tools
Compensation & Training
This position includes a 2-month unpaid trial training period where you’ll learn our AI stack, workflows, and brand standards. During this phase, you’ll have the opportunity to earn bonuses tied to sales process creation and measurable results. After successful completion, we’ll discuss advancement to paid positions based on performance.
