About the Opportunity
You’ll design and execute multichannel outreach campaigns — LinkedIn, email, SMS, and voice — using AI-powered tools to personalize messaging and scale prospecting. You’ll work with SDRs, content and sales teams to turn cold leads into qualified meetings and pipeline revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage automated outreach sequences across LinkedIn, email, SMS and voice
- Use AI tools to personalize messaging, optimize timing and segment prospects
- Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and hand off to Account Executives
- Track performance metrics and iterate on messaging to improve reply and meeting rates
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience running outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, email or SMS
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and booked meetings
- Comfort with AI tools for personalization, segmentation and automation
Compensation & Training
You’ll begin with a 2-month training-to-hire period where you’ll master our AI outreach workflows, CRM integrations and messaging frameworks. During this phase, you’ll earn performance-based bonuses tied to qualified meetings booked and revenue generated. After successful completion, you’ll transition into a paid Outreach Manager role with ongoing performance incentives.
