About the Role
Drive outbound efforts across LinkedIn, email, SMS, and voice. Build ICP lists, manage cadences, and ensure quality outreach while tracking results in GoHighLevel.
What You’ll Do
- Build ICP lists and run LinkedIn connection scripts
- Orchestrate multi-channel cadences (email/SMS/voice)
- Track consent, opt-outs, and engagement in GHL
- Report on outreach performance daily
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience managing LinkedIn and email outreach
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- High-EQ communication style and persistence
Training & Commission Structure
You’ll start with a 2-month structured training period focused on mastering outbound systems, prospecting flows, and CRM usage.
During this period, you’ll work on real outreach tasks with supervision and earn performance-based commissions.
After successful completion, you’ll move into a paid position with commission incentives tied to qualified meetings booked, conversions, and campaign success metrics.
